I have a yellow loogey that I may want to sell.
I've never rode a Sherd Stixx. Did you like the Loogey better? Why?
I wiped the dust off of my old school Broadcast this past weekend. That thing is still fun to ride. I also was "trying" to ride a really small 47" Trickboard this past weekend.
Speaking of Trick Boards. I would love to try the Surfskate. The vid on their site makes it look like a fun board.

I'm thinking about getting a Liquid force Custom. It's an awesome ride but not so much for spins. For spinning the best for me has to be a phase 5.
I gotta question, what's the difference in the ride of a 4"2" and the 4"10"?

i kind of disagree. I can spin a 3 on my buddy James' 4-10 Custom. In fact I nailed one on 4th of July weekend at Lake Gaston. I am thinking of getting the Liquid Force Custom Thruster which is 4-6 and has three fins instead of one. We have the 2007 Malibu VLX hooked up. My favorite speed is around 13-14. You can get way back there. I haven't been able to get other boats to have such an awesome wake at such high speed. We discovered the speed accidentally on JimW's BU when the Perfect Pass was accidentally left off.

Hey Nate,
What kind of weight are you running to get the wake right at 13-14? Sacks? Lead etc? I would love to get my VLX dialed in. I have always run about 11 with wedge at 2/3. I don't surf enough to have it worked out yet. We had a huge wave at Hyco one time w/ about 10 people on boat and Sarah Butta riding....but I forgot to ask everybody's weight so I could duplicate it. LOL.
Mike

Hey Mike,
I'm not really sure! I ride on two 07 Malibu's of which both are members of EORG. JimW and jhughes will probably chime in and tell you the setup. Or you can try PMing them.

Nate-O was killin the 3s!
Last weekend, JimW was running full ballast (except opposite of surf side), 750lbs sac in surfside rear locker, and another 400lbs? on the seat plus peeps. Still playing with the wedge settings.
Yes, his wake is killer! Very long, smooth and not too steep.

My speedo may be a little fast. I need to calibrate it with a GPS. I'm still want to move around some weight up to the bow and play with the wedge settings more. The 750lb Fly High works great for the VLX (thanks OG).
Hey Trey,
Yes I remember you are the one that kills it on the backside. I've been riding more backside just for the fun of it. Can you do a three on the backside? I need to try one.
You can demo this weekend if you want,

Man, I would love to try that Surfskate. Is it made out of wood?. I'd also like to try the Shred Stixx sometime.
Ok, I should be around next weekend, Just bump this thread and we can get together.
